I have had this player in my auto for a couple of months now. This was way too considerably stereo for my Subaru Justy! With the appropriate speakers it has an awesome sound. And the dvd player ... a buddy of mine has 1 in their Expedition and mines sound superior. A portable tv with dvd hook up enables me to park and play. All my songs are on a SD Card that I make on my netbook. I no longer carry around a bunch of CD's any longer. For the price tag this was a awesome bargain!
I would like to give this 5 stars but the instructions were in Chinese! You could burn it up if you hook it up wrong. The basic controls were painless to figure out but it has so various attributes I am nonetheless attempting to learn ... directions would surely aid! So far it has shown to be quite durable, no suprises however. If you decide to buy this get a person to install who knows what they are carrying out.

these screens scare my daughters. the button, when it operates, tends to make a loud 'pop' sound and retracts with a snap. these fall off the doors simply because they are as well wide and the poor design presents small coverage. we put to use them on an xc road trip across the south and they were only slightly better than nothing.

The technique is cheap, the screens don't go up straight so it really is a mess. You have clips to hang the sun shade from the car's window and when you are driving you can hear continually the noise of the roller issue bumping the window, annoying.

Buyer Evaluations

I ordered these units to install in my new 2011 F150 w/ black leather. These units fit the style and dimensions of the F150 great. I had to modify the plastic install insert tubes with a dremel tool to fit, but it only took 5 minutes. This step was necessary to get headrest up/down feature to operate. Overall the units appear to be fine quality for the revenue spent, and the screen is huge, picture is crisp and the menu's are uncomplicated to follow with many inputs, and so on. general, I would advocate these to other individuals as a good value set-up.
Just to clarify, you do need to have a separate source to feed a video signal into these units.
