The display would only remain on for 30 sec then go out. The green light indicating that the monitor was on was nonetheless lit but there was no display and absolutely nothing short of turning the item off and back on would restore the display. I attempted the monitor on both Windows and Linux computers and the results were the same.
There was no customer help available to try and resolve the problem.
This monitor gets 5 stars since I paid 160 and absolutely free shipping!
Everything functions nicely so far.
My only con:
It really is a bit wobbly for Point of Sale. We will either secure the base or use a VESA mount (yes, there are mounting holes). If it weren't for the low-priced cost, I may deduct a star.
